Travel insurance- cruise

Do you usually buy travel insurance if you go on a cruise?
If so, do you purchase from the cruise line or other company?
Any company recommendations?

For any trip, we use Allianz. Some of our credit cards cover certain things, but not medical.

Usually grab travel insurance from outside the cruise line. Last time on a Mediterranean cruise, the ship’s policy felt limited, so I went with Best Travel Insurance. They covered medical stuff, trip cancellations, and even some unexpected delays.
